Suspect: Eufracia Arreola
Arreola didn't have a drivers' license or insurance when she failed to yield at an intersection. Her vehicle struck a pickup truck driven by the 18-year-old Hennis, who died instantly. Authorities did not consider Arreola a flight risk, but she never showed up for her arraignment. She hasn't been seen since.
