18 years after Rudy Rodriguez was killed in a tragic motorcycle accident, his family and the Racine Wisconsin Police Department are still looking for the man who was charged with his hit and run death.
According to local media, Rudy Rodriguez was a single father raising three sons when he was hit and killed.
Francisco Javier Gonzalez-Cruz was arrested in relation to the accident the next night, but was able to post $5,000 bond and hasn't been seen since.
Gonzalez-Cruz has outstanding warrants for Hit And Run Causing Death, Bail Jumping, Operating Under the Influence, Driving After Revocation, and Fail/Yield Right of Way.
Gonzalez-Cruz is believed by Rudy's family to have initially fled to Mexico but also has returned to the United States as well.

If anyone from Rudy's family comes across this site, I came across the case from a comment left on a social media reply asking for help (it may have been a reply to John Walsh's Facebook page but not sure). Although we have no connection to the show, I wanted to do what I could to help by posting the case here.
I did a public acess Wisconsin court case search and the case against Gonzalez-Cruz is still listed as Filed Only- Warrant Issued as of this posting date. (10/6/2017)
