I'm looking to try and figure out the season premiere dates of all of AMW's seasons. I've been able to figure out some, but not all.

Here's what I've got so far:

Season 1 - February 7, 1988
Season 3 - September 7, 1990
Season 16 - September 14, 2002
Season 17 - September 13, 2003
Season 18 - September 11, 2004
Season 19 - September 10, 2005
Season 20 - September 9, 2006
Season 21 - September 8, 2007
Season 22 - September 6, 2008
Season 23 - September 12, 2009
Season 24 - September 11, 2010
Season 25 - December 2, 2011

It is interesting that even post-September 11th they didn't push back the premiere dates as many other network shows did.

Heck, it seems the non-cable network shows start later and later each year (bunch of them starting in October this year it seems).

EDIT: Just a guess, but perhaps the baseball playoffs always meaning no AMW in Octobers had something to do with keeping early September premieres.

I'd like to know when AMW started getting pre-empted for baseball, because I don't know if it always happened or not.

I know Fox started airing the baseball playoffs in at least 1996, since I'm a huge Yankee fan and that was the first year of their 90's title run lol.

Now that I remember it, the World Series actually aired on NBC in 1997, but that doesn't mean Fox didn't air the previous rounds that year.
