Thoughts? According to additional articles, Lou David Lynch was a father of three, and the shooting was apparently outside the house of a suspected pot-growing operation. While that may have been illegal, it is no reason for anyone to lose their life.
Also, I should note that Tracy Crime Stoppers has a 2013 time stamp for Mr. Raybon so I'm taking a chance in posting the case aa that is a little too far back for my liking. I'm just assuming Raybon is still at large since I've seen no articles stating otherwise.
