(Above photo credit: wyff4.com) From wyff4.com: ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. — An Upstate mother hopes a new $7,000 reward will help bring justice and closure for the 1995 murder of her son. Richard Martin was 24 years old when he was found along Welcome Road in Anderson County on Sept. 2, 1995. He died from blunt force trauma to the head. Martin was last seen at Nancy's Lounge on Highway 81 north at Interstate 85 in Anderson County. "Not only is it just because it's my child, but it's time. We need to know. We need to put a face to what happened 22 years ago," said Ada Martin, Richard Martin's mother.
