Gabriel Valles is still wanted as of June 30th, 2018, according to Potter County's online active warrants list. (Same link as in HeadMarshal's OP).

Two additional points I wanted to make according to PACER records. The first is that Gabriel Valles had an UFAP warrant that was issued in 1993. The warrant was dismissed without prejudice in 2009 because the warrant was over 10 years old. Based on the legal terminology, it seems that the UFAP warrant can be reinstated if new leads are developed on Gabriel's location, or if he is ever arrested. The second is that the initial investigation that led to the UFAP warrant placed Gabriel in Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico. This is a border city right next to El Paso, Texas.
