On February 25 2005, Richmond RCMP were made aware of a local limousine driver, Morteza Izadifar who was luring at risk teenagers by providing them with free limousine rides, cash and alcohol. He often entertained these youths in his Vancouver apartment and engaged in inappropriate sexual activities. It is estimated that these assaults occurred between 1999-2002. Izadifar is wanted on a Canada-Wide Warrant for Sexual Assault and Sexual Interference With a Person Under 14. Police believe he may have returned to the Middle East, possibly Iran.

Thoughts? Izadifar is my Canadian fugitive of the month for the month of September 2017. I realize things are looking bleak if Izadifar is in the Middle East but I still felt it was important to profile him should he still be in North America and/or try to go back to North America or any other country where extradition is possible.
