On Dec 11, 2014, authorities in Newport News, Virginia say that Dilquon Juvonne Best allegedly shot Alton Williams. Alton died several weeks later in the hospital from the gunshot wounds. Afterwards, Dilquon was charged with Alton's murder. Dilquon was last known to be in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
