Below is an AMW archived description of his case: I.C.E. and US Marshals Seeking Child Porn DistrubutorDavid Creamer is being sought by I.C.E. and US Marshals on numerous child pornography charges. These charges stem from a business cops say he ran out of his home in Tucson, Arizona. Investigators say this is where Creamer distributed CD-ROMs involving images such as child pornography, beastiality, and adult obsenity. The List Goes On...When I.C.E. raided Creamer's warehouse's and airplane hangar, they were surprised to find the Creamer had accumulated an aresenal of weapons and ammunition. In fact, they collected 70 weapons and tens of thousands rounds of ammo. All of which, got added to his long growing list of federal charges. Creamer Skips Trial, Added To Wanted ListsOn June 5, 1997, a 23-count indictment was handed down charging Creamer and his business called Profit Group, CD-Disc, Inc. and CD Disc Direct, Inc., with distribution of child pornography, transportation of obscene materials and money laundering. Authorities say between 1992 and 1995, Creamer's businesses produced more than 100,000 CD-ROMs in the United States and Denmark for world-wide distribution. A trial date was set for March 10, 1998. On December 17, 1997, Creamer was due for a pre-trial urinalysis. He never showed and hasn't been seen since. In March of 2000, he was added to I.C.E.'s Top 10 List. The problem with Creamer is that he could literally blend in almost anywhere in the U.S. Especially in the midwest. I even work with someone who could easily pass for Creamer. He also probably had plenty of money in overseas accounts, so he's once he collected, he could easily travel to someplace like Canada.

I know we're trying to assume less that cold case fugitives may be dead because of old age and/or health problems, however I was thinking about Creamer's case today and felt that he may be no longer alive. He would now be 67, is overweight and from what I remember from his amw.com profile, was both a diabetic and a smoker. Thoughts on this?

I know we're trying to assume less that cold case fugitives may be dead because of old age and/or health problems, however I was thinking about Creamer's case today and felt that he may be no longer alive. He would now be 67, is overweight and from what I remember from his amw.com profile, was both a diabetic and a smoker. Thoughts on this? It's perfectly fine for other people to guess deceased for a fugitive. I just feel like especially when it wasn't my topic started and you guys ask for thoughts and all I say is "dead" it might come across as dismissive and an easy cop-out rather than actually thinking more about it and giving more insight. Guessing where if not dead is a lot more interesting. Maybe in the future I'll say "I think he's dead but here's where if he's not..."  Anyway, you have some great points. There's just a feeling I get that he's still alive though and it's not just me trying to assume less. I don't know why but I get that feeling. Sure, he had health problems but he owned a company in Denmark and unfortunately likely had money when he fled and I can see him affording doctors and proper medications. (Not to mention health care is a lot cheaper in Canada or Europe if he fled the U.S. regardless of he's rich or not). |

So I was adding Creamer's AMW archive to the original post and something I think we never discussed and I don't even recall- police found an arsenal of 70 weapons and tens and thousands of guns and ammo when they searched his airplane hangar. I feel this has become overlooked and is rather scary. Any thoughts on why the heck Creamer may have had so many guns and ammunition?

Creamer could have been involved in the trafficking of the guns and ammunition. Tucson, Arizona is very close to the Mexican border where there would be numerous buyers. |

this is correct plenty of buyers here in the hub "phx az" just not sure child porn / gun trafficker....Maybe he was just really paranoid.lol..As for the medication this would not be a problem in the black market, and if he smart witch he has been for a long time now....being a diabetic can be controllable watching what you eat, exercise, and glucose checks witch he can check him self...from his past dr visits this he knows............He had to change everything to elude the law for this long....My guess he started with his own habits...Again all IMO.....

Parents of the kindergarten students in San Nicolás de Ibarra, Chapala, have filed formal complaints against the teacher, who allegedly abused 11 children. Ana Guadalupe P. was arrested in Chapala on Tuesday. The investigation is looking into a possible link with David Benjamin Creamer, a suspected pedophile who was arrested in the U.S. in 1997 and charged with the possession and production of over 100,000 videos depicting child pornography, sexual violence and bestiality. He fled after posting bail. Creamer, 71, is on the list of the U.S. Marshals’ 15 most-wanted fugitives and has been identified as one of the largest producers of child pornography in that country. He is believed to have made millions of dollars from the sale of his videos. He has also been described as armed and extremely dangerous. U.S. authorities seized 70 firearms and 80,000 rounds of ammunition when they arrested him in 1997. According to the National Immigration Institute (INM), Creamer entered Mexico via Guadalajara several years ago and witness accounts have placed him in Chapala, Ajijic and Puerto Vallarta since 2013. Creamer has also been singled out as an accomplice of Thomas Frank White, a multimillionaire who opened a shelter in Puerto Vallarta for homeless children whom he sexually abused and filmed. White died in a Puerto Vallarta penitentiary in 2013. Jalisco Attorney General Eduardo Almaguer Ramírez said the search for Creamer has intensified since the Chapala kindergarten accusations. Investigators are also looking for videos allegedly filmed by the teacher. After several years with no leads we get a major update out of nowhere. Unfortunately (but not surprisingly) it looks like Creamer isn't quitting his alleged criminal behaviour, and the people connected to him are just as repulsive as he is. The good news is that his capture seems more likely with witness sightings. |

What I can't understand is how Creamer even was allowed bail to begin with. A multi-count indictment as serious as his, and with the ability to travel internationally, that should be a no-bail or high-bail situation.
Either way, I'm leaning towards Creamer being dead. Reason being, the USMS says he was just in miserable health before going on the run. He had already had a large boil removed from his neck, and his pharmacist said that without his diabetic medication, he would die (which likely means he's a brittle diabetic). Further, doctors said that Creamer suffers from bad circulation in his legs and had trouble walking. At the very best, he's in a wheelchair by now. The fact that he's a heavy smoker isn't going to help with that, either.

If he is dead he could have died in the mexican desert or in he could still be alive and be in a country like Guatemala or Belize or In the States of California or Florida which are densely packed with people
