On January 2, 2006, authorities in Houston, Texas say that Jaime Perez Flores and Reynaldo Santibanez were both drinking at a local bar. An argument started between the two men, and that's when Jaime allegedly shot Reynaldo four times, killing him. Jaime has been on the run ever since.

Thoughts? For once a cold case fugitive out of Houston where I did not have to go access Newslibrary for an archived article. The photo was from the 2012 archived Houston crime stoppers page, but I can verify it's in the current online database. The problem is that it takes forever to go through the current website.
