Javier Oropesa is wanted by Indiana authorities for a murder committed 15 years ago, even though he was only charged in 2009. Oropesa was added to the amw.com website in that year.
In January 1998, authorities say Javier Oropesa shot and killed 20-year old Alexander Martinez in East Chicago, Indiana during an argument with his fiancee (Web archive link for Oropesa's amw.com page doesn't work so further details are unknown). Oropesa was charged in 2009. Authorities believe he fled to either Mexico or Southern California. Alexander's sister Nora, started an organization called "A Sister's Cry For Justice" after Alexander was killed which gives families compassion and support when a loved one is murdered.
Thoughts? Oropesa's probably in Mexico but Southern California is also a possibility.
