On September 29, 1995, authorities say that Johnny Edmond got into an argument with a man in Belle Glade, Florida. As a result, Johnny allegedly opened fire with a shotgun from his car, striking three people with bullets. The man whom was involved in the initial argument was struck in his groin and suffered critical injuries. The two other victims were bystanders, one of them, Elissien Delise died from her injuries, while the other victim suffered wounds to her head and face.
Based on investigating agencies, it is advised to contact local authorities at (800) 458-8477 if you have any information on Johnny Edmond's whereabouts.

Last year when I first learned about this case, I saved the link in web.archive.org since the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office was shuffling the fugitives featured on their website every so often. I confirmed through the Florida Statewide Warrants search that he's still at large to this day. Thanks to Newslibrary for saving the 1995 article on this case so I could make this thread.
