In August of 2016, four individuals in Jefferson County, Alabama were indicted for allegedly defrauding an elderly woman out of $80,000. The woman had reached out of them for home repairs, and they falsely told her that her home was about to collapse, according to authorities. Once they had the money, Victoria then allegedly cashed the checks. They however did very little work to repair the home. Of the four suspects, Victoria and Billy are still at large. They have a history of home repair fraud.

Thoughts? I hadn't posted a white-collar fugitive case in a little while so I wanted to post one today as these are very underrated types of crimes still. A special alert to our readers in both Alabama and in Mississippi as these two could be in either of the two states. They may still be working in the home repair industry and I fear have not quit this type of alleged criminal lifestyle.
