Elias Arriaga Ramirez is wanted for the rape of an 11 year old female child that occurred in Astoria in 2009. Arriaga Ramirez is a 25 year old Hispanic male that is about 5’ 8” tall, weighing about 145 lbs., has black hair, and brown eyes. There is an outstanding felony warrant for Arriaga Ramirez that has a bail of $250,000 and has nationwide extradition.

Thoughts? I just copied and pasted what was on Astoria's Most Wanted so I think Elias is actually older than 25 right now. He was probably 25 when they put him on their website. I would imagine he's in his late 20's/early 30's at the current time.
