As a result of his alleged crimes, Jose was charged with kidnapping, criminal sexual penetration, aggravated battery and intimidation of a witness. Additional local media publicity or a quick PSA on the Justice Network's Albuquerque affiliate wouldn't hurt though. |

And now there is no longer a wanted fugitives section (for the time being at least) on the U.S. Marshals website.
I am assuming Carillo-Sosa is still at large as of this update (6/24/2018) since I haven't found anything online suggesting otherwise. However, of course, if anyone has any updates/proof-of-updates one way or the other, they can always feel free to let us know.
