In October of 2003, Cuong Tri Luu was at a karaoke club in Houston, Texas when he encountered 45-year old Phuong Doan and another man. Authorities say Cuong allegedly shot both Phuong and the other man, killing Phuong. Cuong's whereabouts since then are unknown.

Thoughts? According to the article from 2003, Phuong was believed to have been not the intended target and that there could have been some connection between Cuong and the wounded victim. Regardless, no one deserved to have been shot that night and Cuong needs to face a court of law for his alleged crimes.
