On April 11, 2013, the San Diego police department say that twin brothers, Anibal and Edward Avila pulled up alongside Rafael Robles and another man. They say that the brothers got into some sort of argument and fight and then allegedly shot both Rafael and the other man. Rafael died from his gunshot wounds and the other victim had to be hospitalized. It is believed that the brothers may have fled to Mexico.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact the San Diego County Sheriff's Department at (858) 565-5200 if you have any information on the whereabouts of Anibal and Edward Avila.
