Photo Credits: Tulare County Sheriff's Office --- On April 6, 2017, Tulare County deputies attempted to pull over Luis Cimentel and he reportedly refused to give them his real name. That's when he allegedly took off running and forced the officer to chase after him. Luis then allegedly attacked the deputy, causing serious injuries. Luis is still on the run and is also wanted for burglary and being under the influence of narcotics. Luis is lucky he was only charged with assault and not attempted murder if he caused serious injuries. If I were him, I'd turn myself in now and face the consequences as he has a much better chance with his lawyers now than he will if he gets captured by authorities later on.
