Lorenzo Barr Kamanda is wanted by the Washington County Sheriff's Office and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. On October 2, 2016, the Washington County Sheriff's Office responded to a long term facility concerning allegations that Kamanda raped a mentally incapacitated patient. Evidence and information was developed and a warrant was issued for Kamanda's arrest. He was a Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN), of a Nigerian descent, has a thick accent and was last known to live in Johnson City, Tennessee

Lorenzo Barr Kamanda has been added to the TBI's Top Ten Most Wanted List and a $ 1,000 reward is being offered for information leading to his arrest.

Thoughts? What concerns me here is this apparently hasn't even been the first time Kamanda has been accused of sexual assault on anyone. Apparently I have to register or pay to read the full article, but good search reveals a 2012 headline about Kamanda titled "Man accused of sexual battery, forcing himself on co-worker."

Does law enforcement know if Lorenzo Barr Kamanda has ties to any other parts of the US, since I really hope he's still in the US and not Nigeria, where catching him over there would be really difficult.

Also if he gets brought to trial and convicted, I hope the jury can throw the book at him.

Not sure but somehow I was able to get the article on another device for free and to summarize the 2012 incident he was accused of inappropriately touching a co-worker, making lewd comments, and (cleaning it up a bit here) "pleasuring himself" in front of her.
