According to Newslibrary archives, on October 27, 1985, Reuben Pineda went to a Houston, Texas lounge where Artemio Orasco and one of his friends were at. There had been an ongoing family feud between Reuben and Artemio. Authorities say that's when Reuben allegedly starting shooting at Artemio and his friend, killing Artemio and wounding his friend.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact Crime Stoppers of Houston at 713-222-TIPS if you have any information on Reuben Pineda's whereabouts.

Thoughts? I confirmed through the Harris County Court Records search that Reuben Pineda is still at large. The current Crime Stoppers of Houston website was not showing Reuben's picture (even though that's where I learned about his case originally) so I had to go to an archived version from back in 2012 to find it.
As far as Reuben's current whereabouts, it's probably Latin America although the Harris County Court Records didn't even mention where he was born, so it sounds like detectives don't know at the current time.
