Yes I know that reason but change your face is really difficuly because is something that is not changeable. Jason would take a surgery? Over his ego? I dont think so. Very fair point. Although usually the point of plastic surgery is to make you look better, not worse, and many vain people get plastic surgery all the time for that reason. (P.S. Just so I don't offend anybody, not everyone who gets it is vain, but some are). Doesn't always mean it will work out that way if you get a crappy doctor, but it's usually the plan to look better. But you make a fair point. I think this is the reason out of all the fugitives left on the list, while Robert Fisher and Yaser Said are my most personal most wanted (they're all terrible and I'd be happy to see any of them caught next), I think Jason, perhaps even more than Brad Bishop, is the one that I want caught the most out of intrigue as to what happened to them compared to before they went on the run. Where was he, what does he look like now,did he have a girlfriend, a "job" (be it a scam job or real job), etc... Out of everyone on the list, he's the one that has the most questions I want to see answered. All of us have had so many thoughts on him it would be interesting to see what we were right and wrong about.

Well obviously Jason takes more attention than others criminals on the list. Why? I dont know with exactitude. He is the one who has a FB page chasing him. I see the visualizations on this forum and see Jason is far the most viewed. Since there are other guys who killed 4 members of his family or 3, Jason just killed one guard. I think what is taking attention from him are his pics, he looks wealthy and a douchebag. And 2nd is the suspect with a lot of pictures and videos from different angles. 3nd we can say that he definitely doesnt look like a criminal... Taking the 2nd reason, I cant believe he wasnt captured yet. The other guys on the list have 3 pics or less. And refeering to the pic that I upload from his brother. Yes its from Facebook. When u accept the condition and terms, you are accepting that if your put your pic on public, anyone can take it and upload on forums. The most common is when girls get their pics on some nude forums. So I dont think this is "illegal". Im sorry if Im wrong. Anyway I think you are taking the best choice waiting if somebody (probably David or his family) gets mad or something and just there going to delete the pic. Sorry for my english! Haha

As far as the copyright issue goes- I think there's a technicality in that your Facebook is still your photos and stuff and you can claim a copyright to your own Facebook be it public or private but news articles still post them anyway, probably because no one's brought it up before. In summary, it's more of a legal gray area (not right or wrong)- however, I think a lot has to do with intent. For instance, posting a photo to pretend to be someone or harass someone. Here, your intent was just to make a comparison to a fugitive's brother to show what he may look like today. Anyway, here's a link sort of explaining but once again I'll let it go as long as no one complains lol: digital.community-journalism.net/askanexpert/answers/can-i-use-facebook-photo-news-story-withAnyway, I think another reason Brown's story is one of the more popular cases with AMW fans is just how callous his crime was. Yeah he didn't kill his family like Bishop or rape and murder a little girl like Alexis Flores but he shot a guy he didn't even know just to steal an amount of money that relatively speaking wasn't even that much. As callous and brutal as Bishop and Fisher's crimes were, they knew their victims beforehand. Jason, having no idea about this guy, whether he had a family, a kid, etc. shot him in the head without any chance to defend himself. And another reason his story is so popular is because he has what they say is by far the most amount of tips in FBI Top 10 list history. He has such a familiar regular guy look to him everyone thinks they've seen him somewhere. The problem is getting that one person who hasn't just seen a look-a-like. P.S. Your English is fine and I understand you pretty well.

Thanks, found out on Thursday at 10 PM ET, American Greed is doing an entire hour on the Brown case on CNBC! (I'd say this qualifies, Brown allegedly killed for money- so it counts as American Greed) video.cnbc.com/gallery/?video=3000507214

Just had a change of plans thanks to this. I just noticed the FBI ten most wanted list has and will be on the headlines a lot because of Brenda Delgado's addition, also her being wanted from North Texas also gives Yaser Said some coverage too which is very appropriate. Jason Brown with the episode on him tonight on American Greed and Robert Fisher's 15th anniversary is coming up this Sunday.

Hi. I haven't seen it yet either but unfortunately I think the only way is if it's uploaded to YouTube. AG does have episodes constantly uploaded all the time so I'll be on the lookout and will post if I see it. No guarantee unfortunately, but if I see it online I'll post it here.

OK, I saw the episode and in my opinion it was very thorough and perhaps even more detailed than the Dateline special. I will go over what I found relevant below. Some of the stuff we may have already known about but I feel is important to repeat again as a reminder- (P.S. This is a lot LOL)
-Jason Brown allegedly would do the party drug GHB.
-Jason and his father would take trips into Mexico when he was younger that seemed shady. It is believed his father John Brown was involved in either gambling or drugs and had possible mafia ties. It is after his father disappears that Jason for whatever reason starts his wild lifestyle.
-Jason bounces around couch surfs in three confirmed cities before moving to Arizona- Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, and Austin, Texas, where he has various girlfriends. Austin, Texas is where he starts the fake modeling agency.
-Jason has a bungalow in Salt Lake City where he starts two fake companies- On The Doorstep, and Toys Unlimited
-He tells people he makes his money through selling expensive golf equipment (importer/exporter) to Asia
-He moves to Arizona and pretty much immediately buys a house from the realtor with a garage big enough to house his expensive toys- a Jeep Rubicon, a black Escalade with a DVD player and Playstation in it, a BWM, three atv's for adults, and one for children. He also has a Master craft speedboat. He ingratiates himself into the neighborhood with all those toys and even winds up hanging out with the realtor's 10 year-old son,
-All these vehicles were paid for by bank fraud. Brown routinely uses fake p.o. boxes and addresses to secure bank loans. Creditors have been on his trail for years.
-Brown eventually leaves the Phoenix suburb of Ahwatukee claiming his brother's wife has cancer and he needs to move back to California
-Brown goes to a Utah shooting range to take shooing lessons. The owner says Brown was obviously shaky and inexperienced but improved after a half hour. He recommends a 9 mm since Brown is an obvious novice. Brown wants a smaller more powerful 45 caliber glock model 30- popular with plain clothes police officers. He also asks what is the most popular handugun ammo which at time is Co Bon ammunication. It's a light bullet weight load that goes fast and has a lot of power. Brown buys two boxes. Brown's submitted to the database and his background check comes up clean (despite being arrested in North Carolina with his brother for stealing golf clubs). As a result, he's sold the gun.
-Brown shows up again in Ahwatukee and crashes at his broker's house, claiming he was driving in from Las Vegas and in town for business. (He later moves to a hotel closer to the movie theatre)
-Brown is target practicing at the Tonto national forest and accidentally shoots at a man's truck, who has his 10-year old son with him. Brown is profusely apologetic, and writes his real name, address and phone number down and promises to pay the man back. Although he makes an odd request that he doesn't remove the bullet from the truck.
-The owner calls Brown after getting an estimate, not knowing Brown had just allegedly killed Palomares hours earlier. Brown says he'll take care of it, and sounds incredibly calm and collected according to the owner.
-Brown goes to California and hangs around family there. His brother lives in Laguna Niguel. He makes deposits into a Wells Fargo bank account.
-Brown, while still on the run, mails a cashier's check and a 50 dollar toy store gift certificate for the owner's son, in a very apologetic letter, suggesting a Jekyll and Hyde personality.
-Brown's ATM usage, further and further down in California, suggests he is headed for Mexico. However, he winds winds up sending one package to his brother from San Diego and the second one from Portland, Oregon, up north. The first package is his cell phone, fitness club membership cards and walkie talkies. The second package from Portland had a laptop, more clothing, and a 9 mm handgun David Brown claimed Jason stole from him.(He was mailing his brother the end of Jason Derek Brown as he had previously existed according to one FBI agent)
-David Brown travels to Las Vegas to clean his brother's missing storage unit and BMW, removing any possible clues as to his whereabouts. David Brown pleads guilty to felony obstruction of justice and is sentenced to 3 years probation.
-FBI agents believe it is very likely Jason Brown crossed into Canada, traveling east towards French provinces. Agents believe wherever he is, he's out of the U.S. and probably scamming someone else. (They also didn't rule out the possibility, although seeming to say as unbelievable as it may seem that Brown may have a regular job by now).
-The agents seem very confident they will one day catch Brown.
OK, I know that was a handful but hopefully I covered all the important stuff LOL.

A few things I got out of this-
-Perhaps it might be a possible clue that Brown seems to like children. Not like a child molester, but that for whatever reason he likes hanging out with young boys, perhaps to fit his "big kid" persona in my opinion.
-I find it interesting he claims he sells golf equipment to Asia since there are rumors he may be hiding in Thailand.
-I don't think I'd ever heard before that agents are of the belief Brown crossed into Canada. We've already discussed it makes sense since there are many French speaking provinces there but I think this was the first time the FBI said yeah, we think he was in Canada after he fled.

Really thanks bro! Haha You writed all ! I really appreciate. Im surprised there are a lot of news. Some stuff we already discussed like his father was involved on drugs and maybe some mafia. The last part makes me want to do a psicological study on Jasons mind. Seems like he wants to be a kid his whole life. He hates the responsability and I think hes not able to be a family father. Wathever this was an interest episode.

Well about Brown in Canada... It makes more sense because if you see how Canada is compared to the U.S. There is more rural areas, than in the states so It basically makes sense if Brown has lasted as long as he has and Canada should be well looked into for any longer timers such as Robert Fisher. Also it isn't to say he didn't go to the French provinces. Now brown speaks fluent traditional French, and the French spoken in Quebec is slightly different and people from Quebec sound a bit different when it comes to accent.

French is spoken all over Canada so I don't think it matters where Brown is exactly- I feel more like British Columbia but he could anywhere there if there at all.
As I said before if you were to ask me where I thought Brown was- not knowing anything about him besides his background and alleged crime- I'd say France or Canada. But I still believe there's something to those Thailand articles and it could be similar to the Brenda Delgado in Mexico situation- they know he's there somewhere but are dragging their feet on actually arresting him.
There's also that supposed sighting in Utah- and granted the person knew Brown but now that I think about it I don't think it was ever 100 percent confirmed.

Yeah I agree. But in British Columbia there's a lot of rural areas. Now it's easy to be lost forever in rural areas as someone pointed out in the Joseph Maloney thread that living in rural areas in Ireland will basically make a person uncatchable and its kinda the same with Canada since there is more rural areas in British Columbia
