According to Newspapers.com, Eliseo Ramos got into a fight with David Casuis inside an Elko, Nevada bar. Authorities say that Eliseo stabbed David in the neck and David died from his injuries on March 17, 1991. Eliseo was arrested after David's murder but appears to have fled right afterwards.
Based on crime location, it is advised to contact the Elko Police Department at 775-777-7300 if you have any information on Eliseo Ramos's whereabouts.

Thoughts? Back in the 2014 the Elko Daily newspaper posted photos of numerous fugitives, both recent and older cases and Eliseo Ramos was one of those fugitives. He appears to still be at large as of this posting date (7/1/2017) based on the length of time he's been wanted as well as no other recent news reports available online. I don't know if he posted bond after being arrested, but that's the most likely possibility.
