WARRANT: Murder. In February 1989, Varela killed his estranged wife, Barbara Prowdley and her friend, Rogelio Conejo. He was quickly identified as a suspect, but fled to Mexico, possibly to the state of Jalisco.

Thoughts? Another cold case fugitive that I feel would have been a good story for AMW to have aired back in the 1990s. There's no guarantee that Francisco is still in Jalisco rather than another part of Mexico by now. Capturing him won't be easy but fugitives on the run for longer periods of time have been caught recently.
