Police in Chambersburg said an arrest warrant has been issued for Salvador Castillo-Tobar, on charges of rape, indecent assault, simple assault, sexual assault and unlawful restraint.
According to Herald Mail Media, he was 36 years of age in November of 2016
Castillo-Tobar is accused of attacking the 16-year-old victim on Aug. 13, 2008, police said.
Anyone with information about Castillo-Tobar is asked to contact local police in Chambersburg at 717-264-4131.

Thoughts? There isn't too much information available such as height, weight, etc. so any of that info we would appreciate being either posted her or sent to our website contact form. Nearly nine years on the run is way too long for any child predator to be at large for so hopefully someone will recognize him, whether Salvador is still in the US or is somewhere in Latin America.
