EL PASO — A fugitive sex offender added Thursday to New Mexico's Most Wanted list might have fled to El Paso, the U.S. Marshals Service said.
Ramon A. Hernandez, 40, has not been in compliance with his sex offender registry requirements since April 2008, the U.S. Marshals Service in New Mexico said in a news release.
Hernandez was convicted in 1998 of aggravated sexual assault for having sex with a 15-year-old girl, the Marshals Service said.
Hernandez is sought in New Mexico on charges of failing to register as a sex offender, probation violation and failure to appear in court on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, the Marshals Service said.
Hernandez is 5-foot-7, 185 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He has a tribal design tattoo on his abdomen and a tattoo of a woman's face on his left calf, according to a wanted poster.

Thoughts? Just a note that Hernandez's birthday is June 1976 for future reference (he'd be 41 years old as of this current posting date). He's believed to have possibly fled to El Paso, Texas but regardless of where you think you may have seen him, I'd strongly encourage you to do the right thing.
