Now that Dwight Lewis and Philip Miller have been captured, the only recent cases left on the FBI site are Touch and Alejandro Castillo (only fugitives with federal warrants issued in 2017 at the current moment).
The fact that they murdered someone during a home invasion takes the intensity to a another level and it should be noted Touch has the possibility of ending up on the Top 10 list as the first addition under new director Christopher Wray.
Also he makes sense since Wray is known for prosecuting drug kingpins which also operate under criminal organizations like gangs.

I hope this will increase the publicity in this case. He’s also the most recent case on the FBI site too.

How many of you want to bet that Steven Touch likely (and unfortunately) fled to Cambodia?

He's from there. Not a guarantee but I certainly wouldn't be surprised if he fled there.

He was born in the U.S. but is of Cambodian decent, however there’s a possibility he may be deported from Cambodia if arrested there. The problem is that (as the article I shared earlier) Cambodia doesn’t have an extradition treaty, but again we got someone back from Vietnam 20 years ago, and they were sent to Thailand and then the U.S..

I must point out that the location where he was arrested was at his own house in Lynn....... let that sink in for a sec........ imagine if he would have been added to the Top Ten?
He probably would’ve broken Billy Austin Bryant’s record of 2 hours set in 1969 for shortest running fugitive.
