Description:
On Monday, July 14, 2008 at approximately 2:30 am, Ray Anthony Suggs was in his yard with a female friend when they were approached by two unknown black males with handguns who demanded money. Ray Suggs was shot and killed by one of the male suspects. Both suspects ran from the area.
The murder of Mr. Suggs occurred at 710 Williams Street in Kinston.

Thoughts? The local article says the female friend was able to get a get look at the accomplice but not the shooter so I'm assuming that's who the sketch is of on the North Carolina DPS website. Of course, usually in the eyes of the law, if someone gets shot and dies in a robbery you helped plan and commit, you are just as guilty as the person who pulled the trigger so we can call him a murder suspect as well anyway.
