In March of 2000, authorities say that Jesus Roman-Pedroza was driving while intoxicated in Woodbridge, New Jersey. As a result he lost control and struck two vehicles. After that, he then swerved into the right-hand lane where he then struck two construction workers. One of the two workers, Krzyfzpof Todsobinski died from his injuries.

Thoughts? Thanks to Newspapers.com for providing a 2000 article on this case. With this case in mind, we might be scratching the surface on a possible epidemic of vehicular homicide/manslaughter fugitives out of New Jersey (meaning this isn't limited to Florida). As we've seen in other cases, if Jesus is a national of a Latin American country and fled back to that country, then the best shot of getting justice is hoping that country locates and prosecutes him. There was also a 2004 article on Newspapers.com in Spanish where they might have mentioned he was specifically from Mexico. Hopefully he gets found sooner than later since as we've mentioned before, DUI fugitives are among the most likely to re-offend.
