DESCRIPTION:
On June 28, 2006, Benitez Pacheco was driving northbound on SR243 in Grant County at a high rate of
speed when he drifted off the roadway to the right, corrected to the left, slid broadside, and then
rolled. One of his passengers was ejected during the collision and died at the scene of multiple
injuries. Pacheco fled the scene.
