Who to call if you've seen him: Lone Star Fugitive Task Force (512) 916-5393 Spanish speaking operators are available to assist you and you can remain anonymous.
Baudelio Medina is a cold case fugitive that to the best of my knowledge has never been on AMW or even Unsolved Mysteries but he is being posted here since he is considered the most wanted fugitive of a new cold case unit formed by the U.S. Marshals.
Medina is accused of sexually assaulting and then killing his 20-year old stepdaughter, Jeanette Rincon in November of 1990.
Medina reportedly strangled her to death in New Braunfels, Texas and her body was later found in the Texas town of San Marcos.
Marshals believe there are people in the San Marcos and New Braunfels area who know where Medina is, and if you have any information on his whereabouts, you should contact the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force at 512-916-5393.
Thoughts? IMO, based on the passage of time, there is a high likelihood he fled to Mexico. Also, if anyone knows for sure whether or not he was on AMW it would be helpful. It doesn't appear he ever was, which kinda surprises me.
