From the Log Cabin Democrat website (thecabin.net):
Police continue searching for answers as an unsolved murder case approaches 10 months old.
Terry “Rich” Credit was 50-years-old when police found him shot to death in the doorway of his mobile home in the Oakwood Village trailer park at 475 East Robins St. around 2:30 a.m. Aug. 17.
His family is looking around every corner for answers.
Victoria Credit-Rome said it was exasperating no one has been charged nearly 10 months after her brother’s death.
“Me and my family [are] frustrated about our brother’s death,” she said. It’s a hard task to deal with on a daily basis. We just want justice for Terry Credit.”
Conway Police Department spokesman LaTresha Woodruff said that as of Tuesday, there were no new leads in Credit’s case.
A $12,000 reward remains in place for anyone who can give information leading to an arrest of the person responsible for Credit’s death.
“Solving the Terry Credit case continues to be a priority for the Conway Police Department,” Woodruff said. “The family deserves to know what happened to their loved one and we want to help answer those questions. We could use the public’s help in doing so. If you have any information on this case, no matter how small it might see, we ask that you call the Conway Police Department at 501-450-6120.”
Conway investigators began looking into Credit’s death after responding to an early morning shots fired call in August.
When investigators responded to the call, they found “what appeared to be a mask laying in the driveway of trailer #16” before finding Credit, who suffered from two gunshot wounds, “lying face down in a pool of blood just inside the door.”
Investigators located two spent .40 caliber casings at Credit’s residence and they seized his cell phone, which was located in his bedroom, as evidence.
While investigators were unable to collect DNA evidence from the mask, they later extracted digital evidence from Credit’s phone in hopes of identifying who he was last in contact with the night he was killed. Investigators extracted the evidence nearly eight months after his death.
According to reports, witnesses could not give investigators a good description of the car or people who were seen in the area the night Credit was murdered. Witnesses did, however, report seeing several people get into a dark-colored car and leave the area shortly after shots were fired.
“Someone out there knows something and the reward money is up to [$]12,000,” Credit-Rome said. “It’s been nine months and they have nothing.”
Anyone with information is asked to call either Detective Joshua Fulbright at CPD or the Central Arkansas Crime Stoppers (CACS) tip line at 501-340-TIPS(8477). Tipsters can remain anonymous.

Thoughts? There unfortunately still seems to be a few more questions than answers here such as what a possible motive would be. But hopefully someone in the general public knows something and calls in that crucial tip.
