Robert Hernandez Gonzalez is currently being sought by the Union City Police Department on a warrant charging him with Murder.
Detective Mike Ward reports that on April 12th 1982, Gonzalez is alleged to have shot a 38 yr old man in the Decoto District of Union City. The victim was struck twice in the chest and died of his wounds.
Gonzalez has been a fugitive since this time and is still believe to be the bay area.
Gonzalez is known to have used the alias Proctor William Rodgers and he has a tattoo of the name “Rachel” on his right forearm.

Thoughts? Fugitive Watch posted on Robert Gonzalez last April. I doubt he's still in the Bay Area after 35 years on the run, or at the very least he spent several years elsewhere before possibly returning to the Union City region. I can only guess based on the last known photo we have of him that he looks like he would be in at least his 70s by now.
