Authorities need your help to find a man accused of sexually assaulting a 4-year-old child.
Police are looking for 25-year-old Thierno Carr. He is accused of sexually attacking the child in July 2009 inside a residence in the 6700 block of Bellaire Gardens.
Carr is the son of the victim's babysitter. The babysitter told police that she was taking a nap when the child came and woke her up to tell her what happened.
Anyone who knows Carr's whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS. A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered in the case.

Thoughts? The above summary was from a 2014 article on this manhunt. Thierno Carr is listed among the fugitives on the Crime Stoppers of Houston website so he is unfortunately still at large. One unusual thing about the case is that according to the Harris County court records, there was a warrant issued in November 2013. That warrant was dismissed in January 2014, but another warrant was issued in May 2014. No idea what was going on there.
