In July 2016, authorities in Franklin County, Arkansas indicted several men in connection with a local child sex ring. According to the investigation, three children were transported to a home where five men engaged in various sex acts with them. All five suspects except for Cory Oxford have since been arrested. Cory was last seen in the area of Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Based on his last known location, it is advised to contact the Crimestoppers in the Council Bluffs area at 712-328-STOP (7867) if you have any information on Cory Oxford's whereabouts.
