State police continue their search for Eleuterio Urrutia Catalan.
Catalan, 38, sexually assaulted two juveniles numerous times in West Nottingham Township, Chester County, between April and July of 2009, police said. Eleuterio Catalan, whose last known address was in Nottingham, fled the area, according to police.
Catalan, also known as "Tello," is known to frequent La Palma and Guerrero, Mexico, police said.
He is described as a Hispanic male who is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 155 pounds. Catalan has black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information on Catalan's whereabouts is asked to contact Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers at 1-800-4PA-TIPS. All callers remain anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward.

Thoughts? Since Scumhunter posted a 2000-2009 Pennsylvania sex crimes fugitive earlier today, I decided to post a similar case as well. It seems most likely that Eleuterio is in the area of the Mexican state of Guerrero currently.
