Based on investigating agencies, it is advised to contact Crime Stoppers of Houston at 713.222.TIPS (8477) if you have any information on Mario Albert Castro's whereabouts.

As for Mario's current whereabouts, chances are that he fled to Mexico after Alphonso was murdered. And with a few exceptions, I do not believe most fugitives under 21 are smart enough to stay on the run this long unless they received help. I'm my opinion, someone is helping him hide, Mexico or elsewhere. |

I can't find a murder case against Castro in Harris County's online criminal court records, just an inactive case with "warrant/citation issued" for unlawful carrying of a weapon.
However, he is still on Houston Crime Stoppers (same link as in the OP), so I feel it's safe to reasonably assume he's still wanted as of this update. (6/19/2018).
