Description:
On or about September 1, 2004 Vivaldo committed the offense of aggravated sexual assault of a child under 14. Vivaldo did have a tank vehicle/hazardous materials license and was known to be working for a trucking company.

Thoughts? I checked the Harris County online court records and there is still a warrant for Vivaldo's arrest as of this posting date (5/20/2017). Also according to those records, Vivaldo was born in Mexico and last lived in Tomball, Texas.
