Case summary:
Manuel Palomo Martinez is accused of sexually assaulting a girl almost 12 years ago.
He has been sought by the Pasadena Texas Police Department since the girl told police about the assault which occurred in May of 2005, according to police.
The relative alerted police, and the investigation led to two charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child under age 14 in March 2006. Bail was set at $30,000 on each charge.
A Harris County grand jury confirmed the charges by indicting Palomo in April that year. Police have not been able to find him, however.
Back in 2008, a Houston Chronicle article reported that Martinez was believed to be in the Houston area. Obviously, a lot may or may not have changed back then. But if you know where Martinez is hiding, in or out of the United States, I would recommend calling the Pasadena Police Department or Houston Crime Stoppers.
