Angel Saldana-Mendoza is wanted for the murder of his girlfriend. On January 13, 2001, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Saldana-Mendoza allegedly strangled the victim to death and then left her body inside a plastic bag at her apartment. Saldana-Mendoza reportedly fled to Mexico the next day, and his whereabouts is unknown.
On January 14, 2001, an arrest warrant was issued in the state of Wisconsin, Circuit Court of Milwaukee County, for first degree intentional homicide. Additionally, on January 15, 2001, Saldana-Mendoza was subsequently charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution in a federal arrest warrant issued by the United States District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin.

Thoughts? I checked Wisconsin court records and this case is still listed as "filed only- warrant issued" so it seems Saldana-Mendoza is still at large as of this posting date (5/16/2017). He was profiled previously on the FBI website before being removed despite non-capture and is still on the Marshals website. Because of my uncertainty, I listed both agencies for contact points as I'm sure if someone has information they'd figure out a way to coordinate between agencies.
