Thoughts? Phillip was just added to the FBI's website yesterday. According to other media reports, a combination of a witness statement at the apartment, surveillance footage and evidence at the scene all led to a warrant being issued for Phillip Miller. The witness had heard shouting between Phillip and the victim before Phillip allegedly shot the victim to death.
