Heriberto Miranda Garcia has been wanted by the Enterprise Alabama Police Department since 2008nfot attempted murder after am incident near a Mexican restaurant outside a shopping center.
Authorities say he fired several shots with a handgun at a car attempting while attempting to strike his ex-wife and a male driving the vehicle. Fortunately, neither occupant was struck.
Garcia fled the scene in a maroon SUV which was later recovered at a nearby trailer park.
At the time of the incident, Garcia was 33 (which would make him in his early 40's as of this posting date). Also, at the time, he was known to frequent the Daleville area of Alabama.

Thoughts? The Enterpirse P.D. website has a 2011 time stamp which is obviously outdated but I decided to take a risk and assume Garcia is still at large as of this posting date (5/11/2017) since I see no articles saying otherwise.
