Thoughts? I couldn't find any other information through google or newslibrary, however there usually isn't much detailed information on sex crime cases due to the sensitive circumstances. All we need to know is Jose Medrano is charged with rape and that alone is enough to indicate that he is extremely dangerous. These offenders do not stop committing sexual offenses.
