Maiky Romero is being sought by Suffolk County Police on one outstanding warrant for Robbery 1 st Degree.
On August 31, 2013, Romero and an accomplice forcibly stole cash, jewelry and a cell phone from a taxicab driver by placing a belt around the victim's neck and choking him. Romero was arrested and charged with Robbery 1 st Degree. A warrant was issued for his arrest on November 7, 2013.

Thoughts? Working as a taxi driver is one of the most dangerous careers out there as there are so many robberies of taxi drivers. We need to make it a much safer occupation and one of the ways to do that is by arresting fugitives like Maiky Romero before they need to commit another robbery to sustain a life on the run.
