Israel Roman-Martinez is wanted for a 2002 brutal murder occurring in Austin, Texas. Roman-Martinez known as "El Gato" has been charged with 1st. degree murder. Roman-Martinez is reported to have fled to the Republic of Mexico. Consider Israel Martinez-Roman dangerous and approach with caution.

Thoughts? Unfortunately I couldn't find much additional information about this case, but obviously this murder must have been extremely brutal if the Marshals are after him.
