BONITA SPRINGS: A warrant has been issued for the arrest of 26-year-old Roberto Mateo Franciso on the charge of second degree murder in connection to an August 8 homicide, according to the Lee County Sheriff's Office.
On August 8, deputies were called about a body that was found at 10652 Cape Verde Lane in Bonita Springs.
According to a release from the sheriff's office, deputies originally listed the victim's name as Andres Pedro Juan. But after digging deeper into his immigration documents, they found he was using a fake name and that his real name was Gregorio Diego.
If you know the whereabouts of Francisco or if you have any information regarding the homicide of Diego, you're asked to call the Lee County Sheriff's Office or Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS.
