Photo Credits: Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms Twitter Page Additional information is available thanks to a US Department of Justice press release. On June 27, 2009, authorities say that Haswani and two accomplices shot and killed 21-year old Darrel Ledgister during an attempted robbery. The indictment against Haswani and his fellow gang members went down in 2015. Haswani faces at a life imprisonment sentence if he is convicted on racketeering charges, with a federal death sentence if convicted of murder in aid of a racketeering activity (since this is a federal case, and not a local New York case where there is no capital punishment). -- Thoughts? The ATF did the above publicity poster last month which from I could tell online was the first time that Haswani's picture was shown to the public. It is harder nowadays to get detailed fugitive information out of cases from New York City, so hopefully the ATF can maybe get some more of NYC's cases on their Twitter and Facebook profiles (I imagine there's more that they are investigating there being that it's NYC). As we saw from New York City fugitives on AMW, some of them remain in the city or in the outlying suburbs since there's many places to hide and that's where they keep in touch with their contacts. So I wouldn't even be surprised if he's at least travelling to and from the Bronx. www.justice.gov/usao-sdny/pr/48-members-and-associates-2-rival-bronx-street-gangs-charged-federal-court-racketeering

I was going to say I was surprised he's stayed on the run for nearly 8 years until you mentioned they just did a p.r. last year. Usually there's no honor among thieves and gang members will rat out their own for lighter sentences, reward money etc...
Even after 8 years obviously someone criminal or not must know where Tyson is though.
