Vuong Van Ngyuen (Pictured Left) Race Asian Height 5'5" Weight 140 Birth Date 7/31/1971 Markings Left Arm: "Anthem" Background Family/friends in New Orleans, LA; Amelia, LA; Texarkana, TX; Arlington, TX; & North City, KS Quan Noc Ngyuen (Pictured Middle) Race Asian Height 5'7" Weight 135 Birth Date 10/30/1969 Markings Right Shoulder: Female Nam Van Ngyuen (Pictured Right) Race Asian Height 5'6" Weight 140 Birth Date 1/1/1970 -- In 1991, brothers Vuong, Quan & Nam Ngyuen were all serving an eight-year sentence for armed robbery. During their sentence, they escaped from the jail in Avoyelles Parish, Louisiana. The brothers are originally from Vietnam. Based on investigating agencies, it is advised to contact the Louisiana Department Of Corrections at (225) 342-6740 if you have information on the whereabouts of any of these three fugitives.

Along with Ohio, Louisiana has done a good job with publicizing their fugitive escapees over the years, even fugitives on the run for several years. While it has happened with American prisoners also, usually if they're serving 10 years or less they'd be less inclined to escape as they may as well serve out their time with nowhere else besides the American state they're from to go to. |

As of June 15th, 2018, the Nguyens are still listed as fugitives on the Louisiana DOC website (same link as in the OP).
