In one of the robberies the two are suspected in, two gas station attendants were shot and seriously wounded. The two along with a 17-year old were arrested right before authorities say they were planning to rob a gas station. However, Arturo and Mark jumped bail and fled. Based on investigating agencies, it is advised to contact Crime Stoppers of Somerset County at 1-888-577-TIPS if you have information on the whereabouts of either Arturo and/or Mark Sarmiento.
Moderator Note: If you have any news-related updates on this case, please contact us here: amwfans.com/thread/1662/website-contact-form-- Thoughts? Since Arturo and Mark Sarmiento are both Filipino, they may have fled to the Philippines where capturing them there would be really difficult. Regardless of which country they're in, I feel they may still be committing armed robberies to this day. Also thanks to Newslibrary and Newspapers.com for additional information on this case from articles back in 2000 and 2001. www.888577tips.org/wanted/wanted_top5.aspx

As of June 16th, 2018, Arturo & Sarmiento are still listed on the Somerset Crime Stoppers website (same link as in HeadMarshal's OP).
There is a 2013 time stamp, however, which normally doesn't give me the upmost confidence, but since I've seen nothing online suggesting otherwise, I feel it's safe to reasonably assume that they are still at large as of this update.

As of today, September 27, 2019, Somerset County's Most Wanted page has moved to a new website, so the link originally provided is now a website for some sort of casino tips.
The new website only appears to post recent fugitive cases, so nothing on Arturo or Mark Sarmiento. However, there are no recent articles to suggest they were located/arrested, so they appear to still be at large. Feel free to reach out to us via our website contact form though if you have any evidence otherwise.
