History: Vigniero is wanted for a murder that occurred on March 7, 2008 at 103 Waldo Street, Providence, Rhode Island. A Federal warrant has been issued for his arrest by U.S. Department of Homeland Security as an illegal immigrant. He was last seen operating RI Passenger Registration GT-373 displayed on a blue 2000 Nissan Maxima.
