Facts of the Case: On Feb. 17, 2005, Gomez is accused of entering the motel room of a drug dealer in La Habra with friend Gilbert Rodriguez. Once inside, the two are accused of demanding drugs, money, and weapons from the drug dealer. There were three additional people present in the motel room. Gomez is accused of turning on his friend and firing a bullet at Rodriguez’ head for unknown reasons.
Circumstances of Disappearance/Last Seen: Gomez is accused of murdering the victim and fleeing the scene. Gomez is believed to be residing in the Southern California area.
